Terms of Service

Go4Relay is a Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising analytics and lead-management platform. It connects to your Meta ad accounts to import campaign performance and leads, provides analytics and AI-assisted tooling, and can send conversion events back to Meta via its Conversions API on your instruction. Features may change over time.

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account, and for ensuring everyone you invite complies with these Terms. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees, currency, and any free-trial terms are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing on prospective notice.

Certain features (e.g. AI image credits) are consumable and priced separately. Consumed credits are non-refundable.

You agree not to:

• use the Service to violate any law or the terms of Meta or any other platform;
• upload unlawful content or personal data you have no right to process;
• attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the Service or other users' data;
• resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted by your plan;
• send conversion signals that misrepresent real events.

The Service relies on Meta's APIs and other third-party providers (for AI, email, payments, and hosting). Your use of Meta's platform is also governed by Meta's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability or changes may affect the Service. You authorise us to access your Meta data solely to provide the Service.

You retain ownership of your data, including your ad data and the leads you import. You grant us a limited licence to process it to operate and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process any personal data (including leads' contact details) that you bring into the Service.

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Go4Relay and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms. All feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analytics, forecasts, or AI-generated outputs are accurate or fit for any purpose. You are responsible for your advertising and business decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go4Relay will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or ad spend. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You will indemnify Go4Relay against claims arising from your data, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable period.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Jurisdiction], and the courts of [Governing Jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
